The Navy has developed a new prototype laser, its intended use is to shoot down enemy UAS before they aquire any information. Lately its been breaking many records, their ultimate goal is to build a laser that goes through 2000 feet of stell per second. The laser works by making making electrons move freel y in a chamber compressing it then suddenly realeasing it.
